Rosie has turquoise skin, black hair formed as a bun by one red scrunchies, blue eyes, black coat and eight legs. At the end of the movie, Rosie wears her hair in a ponytail held with red scrunchie.

- Rosie is voiced by Bonnie Hunt, she will be the role of Sally Carrera in the Cars franchise.
- Due to her roundish abdomen and perfect red hourglass marking, and habitat in the Western region of the United States, Rosie is most likely a Western black widow spider.
